Bliss Out in Bali 2024

For the nourishment of a lifetime...11-18 August

Updated 14th March - Spaces are filling up!! We recommend booking soon to secure your spot.

- -

How often do you drop into the place where time disappears, along with your parameters of anything else but the moment?

For most of us this place can be pretty elusive unless we carve the time out of our day. Even if our lives aren't that busy we generally fill silence with sound, the opportunity for stillness with activity and being with doing.

Retreat comes from the Latin verb "to pull back”. So a retreat is a place where we pull back from the world, where we slow down and where we get an opportunity to connect with our inner self and the soft voice that tells you to love and take care of yourself.

BLISS OUT IN BALI provides the perfect backdrop to do just that. Please join us 11th - 18th August 2024.
Each morning class starts at 7am. The air is still cool and Ubud is just starting to wake up. Our yoga Shala is an open-air pavilion set at the back of the accomodation and is surrounded by beautiful Balinese gardens and ponds.
The yoga and meditation practice is open to all levels from beginners to advanced. Leisa and I will always remind you that this is your practice and to please go at your own pace. Rest when you need to rest and listen to the needs and limitations of your body.
This is why most afternoons are free so you can rest and nap if you wish. Each room has it’s own outdoor area with chairs or lounge to do just that. If you prefer the shops and spas are very close by. Massage and beauty treatments are relatively inexpensive and work beautifully with the yoga and meditation to soften chitta vritti (mind chatter), relax our bodies and connect us to the harmonious state within us.

The Accomodation - Honeymoon Guesthouse, Ubud.

Honeymoon Guesthouse is nestled in a quiet part of Ubud but is still only a 5 minute walk from the very heart of the town.

The rooms are beautiful and authentic and include a small fridge, filtered water, free wifi, a fan and a mosquito net. Tea & coffee are also available.
Rooms are serviced daily.
Air conditioned rooms are available upon request.
The resort also has two beautiful pools and a stunning yoga space. https://honeymoonguesthouse.com/

Feedback from Bliss Out In Bali 2019

“It was so much more than what I expected, I knew it would be good, but this organisation is unreal. Keep doing what you love, because you two are amazing!!”

“Being my first retreat, I didn’t really know what to expect. This week has been so thoughtfully put together. The classes and meditation, the activities and the food have all been wonderful. The one thing I will remember about the retreat is the peace and love I feel for myself and the world around me.”

“Perfectly planned and scheduled. Well balanced yoga and activities and free time. Excellent food. A sincere thanks to both of you for sharing the gifts of your knowledge for the benefit of all of us and all beings!”
