Hello Yogi’s, welcome to 2024.

I hope you have enjoyed a rejuvenating start to the new year and are eagerly anticipating the return to our yoga practice. As we get ready for a new year of yoga, let’s reflect on the myriad of physical benefits that each yoga pose and movement bestows upon us.

Beyond the physical aspects, for me, yoga is a profound catalyst for transforming the mind. Anne Cushman beautifully captures this sentiment. “Moving my body into different shapes, I become a different person. Creating more space in my joints, I make more space in my mind as well. Twisting, bending, and arching my body, I break up the ice floes of self-judgement that have frozen in my muscles. I squeeze out the anxiety knotted between my shoulder blades. And I melt the anger in the pit of my stomach into tears.”

Join me as we embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing through the therapeutic practice of yoga. I’m eager to share these transformative moments with each of you.

I am looking forward to our collective exploration on the mat!
